Love the hoodie. When Urbane Steamboat realized the hoodie had sun damage, they contacted me to see if I still wanted the item and offered a discount if I did. I really appreciate that they did this. They provided information that allowed me to make an informed purchasing decision.
Conversely, I have a pair of converse that I ordered from a different seller who failed to notice or disclose that one shoe is 5x lighter than the other because of sun damage and now I have to go to the mall to do an exchange. I have a compromised immune system so that is really inconvenient. I really appreciate that the people behind Urbane Steamboat are thorough, thoughtful and professional business people.
